Using a cocktail shaker, mix together your gin with your lemon juice and sugar syrup. Pour over crushed ice and drizzle the crème de mure through the drink. Garnish with lemon zest or seasonal berries.
Gin Rickey

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour the gin and lime juice over the ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Monkey Gland

Swirl a dash of absinthe in a chilled cocktail glass to coat it, removing any excess liqueur. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and then pour in the gin, orange juice and grenadine. Shake well, strain into a prepared glass and garnish with an orange slice or orange peel.
Singapore Sling

Pour the gin, cherry brandy and Benedictine into a mixing glass, and add the ice and Angostura bitters, stirring well. Pour the mix into a tall glass and add the pineapple juice and lime juice, stirring gently. Top with sparkling water and garnish.
