Pink House

Ingredients

  • 50ml - White House London Dry Gin
  • 30ml - Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 30ml - Chamomile Syrup

Method

Hard shake and strain in a glass with chunky ice cubes. Garnish with a quarter pink grapefruit slice.

Bramble

Ingredients

  • 40ml White House Gin
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml crème de mure
  • Berries or lemon zest to garnish

Method

Using a cocktail shaker, mix together your gin with your lemon juice and sugar syrup. Pour over crushed ice and drizzle the crème de mure through the drink. Garnish with lemon zest or seasonal berries.

Gin Rickey

Ingredients

  • 25ml White House Gin
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 50ml sparkling water
  • Lime wedge to garnish

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour the gin and lime juice over the ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Monkey Gland

Ingredients

  • 25ml White House Gin
  • 50ml orange juice
  • 10ml grenadine
  • Dash of absinthe
  • Orange slice to garnish

Method

Swirl a dash of absinthe in a chilled cocktail glass to coat it, removing any excess liqueur. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and then pour in the gin, orange juice and grenadine. Shake well, strain into a prepared glass and garnish with an orange slice or orange peel.

Singapore Sling

Ingredients

  • 25ml White House Gin
  • 25ml Cherry Brandy
  • 25ml Benedictine
  • Handful of ice
  • Angostura bitters
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 25ml lime juice
  • Sparkling water to top up

Method

Pour the gin, cherry brandy and Benedictine into a mixing glass, and add the ice and Angostura bitters, stirring well. Pour the mix into a tall glass and add the pineapple juice and lime juice, stirring gently. Top with sparkling water and garnish.
